Bulk billing

Filter, preview, then pause PayWay, add leave, or add the yearly administration fee to the next household debit.

Pause payments

Stops or resumes PayWay for linked families. Use this for a manual hold. Christmas shutdown should use bulk leave, which resumes on return.

Add leave

Adds the same leave period to every matching student. Students who already have scheduled or active leave are skipped. Billing pauses while leave is active and resumes on the next studio debit on or after return.

Yearly administration fee

Adds one fee per active student to the household's next PayWay debit. Students billed this calendar year, without PayWay, or not active are skipped. Set the default amount under Settings → Billing.
